Financial Reporting Fundamentals for Investors
We've spent years working with investors across Southeast Asia who needed clearer insights into financial statements. This program brings together what actually works when you're trying to make sense of quarterly reports and annual filings.
Everything You Need to Know
These are the questions people ask us most often. We've organized them so you can find what matters to you without scrolling through everything.
Program Basics
We're running the next session starting September 2025. Classes happen twice weekly in the evenings—Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 PM to 9 PM Bangkok time. The whole thing runs for twelve weeks.
Our instructors come from audit backgrounds and investment analysis roles. They've worked with regional companies filing reports in both Thai and international markets.
You should be comfortable reading basic financial statements and understand what assets and liabilities mean. If you've ever looked at a company's annual report and felt lost, that's exactly who this is for.
Enrollment Details
Registration opens July 15, 2025. We cap enrollment at 28 participants because the sessions are fairly interactive and we want everyone to get proper attention.
The full program is 42,000 THB. That includes all course materials, access to our analysis tools during the program, and recordings of each session.
Yes—we offer a three-payment plan at no extra cost. First payment when you enroll, second at week 4, final at week 8.
Technical Requirements
A computer with stable internet. We use Zoom for live sessions. You'll also need Excel or Google Sheets since we work through spreadsheet exercises.
Every session gets recorded and posted within 24 hours. You'll have access for six months after the program ends.
Watch the recording and post questions in our discussion forum. Instructors check it daily and respond within a day.
Support & Resources
You get access to our discussion forum where instructors answer questions. We also hold optional office hours every Saturday morning for anyone who wants extra help.
You'll receive downloadable workbooks, real company case studies, and reference guides. Plus temporary access to our financial analysis software during the program.
You'll get a completion certificate if you attend at least 20 of the 24 sessions and complete the final case analysis project.
Learn From People Who've Been There
Our teaching team includes former auditors and investment analysts who've reviewed thousands of financial reports. They know what to look for because they've spent years doing exactly that for institutional investors.
Real-World Context
Every concept connects to actual companies traded on regional exchanges. You'll see how theory plays out in practice.
Interactive Sessions
Classes are discussion-based. You'll work through examples together and get immediate feedback on your analysis approach.
Ongoing Access
Even after the program ends, you can reach out with questions about specific reports you're analyzing. We're here to help.

How to Get Started
The enrollment process is straightforward. Here's what happens from registration to your first class.
Complete Your Application
Fill out the registration form on our website. We ask about your current experience with financial statements so we can match you with the right cohort if needed.
This takes about 10 minutes. You'll need to provide basic contact information and answer a few questions about what you're hoping to learn.
Receive Confirmation & Payment Details
Within two business days, you'll get an email with your enrollment confirmation and payment instructions. We accept bank transfer and credit cards.
Once payment clears, you'll receive access to the pre-program materials—some foundational reading that helps everyone start from the same baseline.
Join the Orientation Session
Two weeks before the program starts, we hold a technical check and orientation. You'll test your Zoom setup, meet some fellow participants, and get a walkthrough of the learning platform.
This session is optional but recommended. It helps work out any technical issues before the first real class.
Attend Your First Class
Your first session focuses on the framework for reading financial statements systematically. You'll work through a real company's quarterly report together as a group.
Come prepared with questions. The more you engage early on, the more you'll get out of the program.
