How Our Hiring Process Works

We try to keep this straightforward and respectful of your time. Here's what to expect when you apply.

Application Review

Send us your resume and a brief note about why you're interested. We read every application personally and respond within a week. If we think there's potential fit, we'll schedule an initial conversation.

Initial Discussion

A 30-minute video call with the hiring manager. We'll talk about the role, answer your questions, and get a sense of what you're looking for. This is as much for you to evaluate us as for us to evaluate you.

Practical Assessment

A real work sample relevant to the position. For analysts, this might be interpreting financial data. For developers, building a small reporting feature. We pay for your time if it takes more than two hours.

Team Interview

Meet the people you'd work with directly. We'll discuss your assessment, dive deeper into your experience, and give you a realistic picture of daily work here. Expect honest conversations about challenges and expectations.

Decision and Offer

We make decisions within three business days of final interviews. If we extend an offer, you'll have at least a week to consider it. We're happy to answer any additional questions during that time.
